Amargi is an ancient Sumerian word — the oldest recorded word for freedom. It means returning to mother.
This is a four-day retreat rooted in Assyrian heritage, sisterhood, and remembering. A space built by Assyrian women, for Assyrian women — to reconnect with who we come from and carry that strength back into our lives.
Over four days in a private mountain house in Park City, Utah, ten Assyrian women will come together to reconnect with their heritage and with each other.
A return to your roots — from Ishtar and Queen Puabi to the women in your own lineage.
Ancient practices brought back to life: hair oiling, Assyrian cooking, music, language, and clay art rooted in Mesopotamian tradition.
Real sisterhood. Safe, judgment-free, built on support over competition.

Amargi is where you come back to that. Not to mourn what’s been lost — but to remember what’s still in you, and to feel it fully, surrounded by women who carry the same roots.
A private mountain house nestled in the heart of Park City, Utah — surrounded by fall foliage, open skies, and the kind of quiet that lets you breathe again.
October in Park City means the mountains are at peak color. Inside, a stone fireplace, a private sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi waiting for you.
This is where we gather.
Your spot at Amargi is $999 — four days fully taken care of. Where you sleep, what you eat, every experience. The only thing you arrange is getting yourself to Park City.
We also offer a payment plan — $333 to reserve your spot, with two remaining payments due August 8 and September 8.
